Me and Robin invented this term! Enticed by the fact that performing at Shotley
Bridge Folk club attracted payment in beer, we masqueraded as folkies every now
and then. If I remember rightly the venue was the Kings Head.
None of this mamby pamby folk stuff for us though, I hated "Streets Of London", I don't know
about Robin.
What we did was our usual set, Hendrix, Cream etc, but on
acoustic guitars! Brilliant eh!
