Steve and Robin decided to go to London in order to visit the big record companies with some demo tapes. In an attempt to keep the costs to a minimum, they obtained a "cheap weekend return" ticket. They left Consett on Friday and returned on Sunday evening. The journey was good but they hadn't considered that the record company executives did not work on Saturdays.
